I have a question about posting a blog. Last week I entered two, and they still have not shown up on the site. When I completed them I recieved a confirm screen that said all posts have to be approved before posting. Do you know about how long it takes?

This is new to me too, didn't realize I needed to approve the comment prior to it appearing on the blog. We have removed that filter so comments will appear immediately without needing approval.

The PROCESS - Upon Receiving a Lead

Respond to the Consumer within 15 minutes of receiving the lead; voice to voice
Always reference the channel of business where the lead came from, ie., Monster. com
Always reference and sell the LTree rebate!
No contact - leave voice mail and send email with contact info
Send a personal note with your business card - DAY one, to both customers you make contact with and those you don't
On day one, put customer into automated email new listing program - EVEN WHEN CONTACT HAS NOT BEEN MADE! Stay in front of them for 210 days!
On day one, put customer into drip mail/marketing system for minimum of 210 days whether contact is made or not
Get face to face as early in the process as possible!
Set up follow up contact program
