The PROCESS - Upon Receiving a Lead
- Respond to the Consumer within 15 minutes of receiving the lead; voice to voice
- Always reference the channel of business where the lead came from, ie., Monster. com
- Always reference and sell the LTree rebate!
- No contact - leave voice mail and send email with contact info
- Send a personal note with your business card - DAY one, to both customers you make contact with and those you don't
- On day one, put customer into automated email new listing program - EVEN WHEN CONTACT HAS NOT BEEN MADE! Stay in front of them for 210 days!
- On day one, put customer into drip mail/marketing system for minimum of 210 days whether contact is made or not
- Get face to face as early in the process as possible!
- Set up follow up contact program
